Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. While we understand that unexpected situations may arise, repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a charge of up to 50% of the scheduled services, or require a deposit for future bookings. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Adjustment Policy
Our salon offers a 2-week adjustment period if you are not fully satisfied with your hair due to an issue on our end. However, if you decide to change your mind from the original service requested and wish to achieve a different look, additional charges may apply for any new or additional services. We are committed to ensuring you leave happy and appreciate your understanding.
